Terms of Service

Last updated: 30 July 2026 · Applies to the Ludo Fast mobile app and this website.

The short version

1. These terms

Ludo Fast ("the app", "we", "us") is a Ludo game published by the Ludo Fast team. By creating an account or playing, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app. How we handle your data is covered separately in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

2. Who can play

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent where you live if that's higher. If you're under the age of majority in your country, you need a parent or guardian's permission.

3. Your account

4. Display names and what you send

Your display name and avatar are visible to other players. Don't impersonate someone else, and don't use names that are hateful, sexual, threatening, or that promote illegal activity. We may change or reset a name that breaks this rule, with or without notice.

5. Virtual coins

6. Fair play

Match results, dice rolls and coin changes are decided by our servers, not by your device. Don't try to work around that. Specifically, you agree not to:

Break these and we may reset coins or stats, remove leaderboard entries, suspend the account, or ban it permanently. Serious or repeated cases get no warning.

7. Offline and nearby play

vs Computer and Pass & Play run entirely on your device. Nearby play runs over your local Wi-Fi network. Results from those modes are local and may not count toward online stats. You're responsible for the network you use it on.

8. Advertising

The app shows optional rewarded video ads — you only see one if you choose to watch it for coins. We don't control what an ad says or links to, and we're not responsible for anything an advertiser offers you. See section 3 of the Privacy Policy for the data side.

9. The service can change

We're a small team and this is a live game. We may add, change, or remove features, modes and rules; take servers down for maintenance; or require you to update to a supported version before you can keep playing online. We may stop offering the service altogether, in which case we'll try to give reasonable notice in the app.

10. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play Ludo Fast for your own non-commercial use. Everything else — the app, its code, board art, sounds and name — stays ours or our licensors'. Nothing here transfers ownership.

11. Ending your account

You: delete it any time in the app (Account → Delete account & data), or email support@kikpot.com. Details are on our account deletion page.

Us: we may suspend or terminate your account if you break these terms, if we're legally required to, or if keeping it running would harm other players or the service. Where it's reasonable to, we'll tell you why. Termination ends your licence and your coins.

12. No warranty

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent the law allows. We don't promise the game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of lag, or that a match will always finish. Some jurisdictions don't allow these exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost coins, stats, streaks, rankings or match history. Where liability can't be excluded, it is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the past twelve months (for a free app, that is normally nil) or the minimum the law requires. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that can't be limited by law.

14. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms we'll update the date at the top, and for significant changes we'll notify you in the app before they take effect. Continuing to play after that means you accept the new version.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute — except that if you're a consumer elsewhere, you keep any rights and forums your local law gives you and that can't be contracted away.
