The short version
- Delete it yourself in the app: Account → Delete account & data. Takes effect immediately.
- No longer have the app? Email support@kikpot.com and we do it for you within 30 days.
- Everything goes: account, coins, stats, match history, friends, leaderboard entries. It cannot be undone.
Option 1 — delete it in the app (instant)
- Open Ludo Fast.
- Tap the profile / account button on the home screen.
- Scroll to Delete account & data.
- Confirm in the dialog.
Your account is erased from our servers straight away and the app returns to a fresh, signed-out state. There is no waiting period and no way to recover it afterwards.
Option 2 — ask us to delete it (no app needed)
Email support@kikpot.com with the subject "Delete my Ludo Fast account", from the email address the account uses. Include your in-game display name if you know it.
We use the sending address to confirm the request is yours — no sign-in on this website is required. If we can't match it to an account, we'll ask you for one more detail before doing anything. We complete deletion and confirm by reply within 30 days, usually much sooner.
What gets deleted

What we keep, and why
- Crash and error reports — kept up to 90 days by Sentry so we can still fix the crash. They contain device model, OS and app version, not your email.
- Short-term server logs — IP address and timestamps, retained briefly for security and abuse investigation.
- Anonymised aggregate counts — for example "matches played today". These can't be traced back to you.
- Other players' match records — a finished match stays in their history, without your identity attached.
- Anything we're legally required to retain, for as long as that requirement lasts.
Before you delete
Coins, stats, streaks and leaderboard rank are gone for good — deleting and signing up again gives you a brand-new account, not your old one. If you only want to stop playing on one device, sign out instead. If you only want your data exported, email us and ask for a copy rather than a deletion.
